The Forest Research Institute of Malaysia is a world-renowned centre for tropical forestry research. It has over 100 years of experience in forestry and forest products research.
Jogging, hiking and cycling are the most prominent activities here, and bicycles are available for hire at affordable rates. For the protection of its visitors, it should be noted that mountain biking is restricted to designated trails within Bukit Bujang, Simpang K, Perah Campsite, Tongkat Ali or Bukit Steroid, and Puncak Pinus.
