 There are many ways to enjoy Klang Valley from many different angles. One can take the train, bus, car or even walking on foot. Each method will offer different experiences and angles of the Klang Valley lifestyle and each one deserves a try.

Lake Gardens Section 2

Shah Alam’s Lake Gardens located in Section 2 is a nice place to take a breather while enjoying beautiful sights of nature. Situated nearby SACC Mall and opposite PKNS Complex, it is easily accessible by bus. Sprawled over 43 hectares, the beautifully landscaped Taman Tasik Shah Alam (Shah Alam Lake Gardens) is the city’s green lung with scenic lakes, a floating seafood restaurant, shady raintrees, flowering plants, meandering footpaths and plenty of water activities.


Kompleks Perbadanan Putrajaya

The main feature of this government complex is the arched gateway, a modern structure with complex metal detailing that is sure to mesmerize its visitors and passerby. It has a public viewing deck on the topmost level, sometimes used as a vantage point during parades. From here, you can see magnificent views of the city skyline. Palace of Justice and the Grand Mosque can also be seen from here, perfect for photographers or for those who wish to see Putrajaya in a different angle. This structure is among the favorite modern structures around Putrajaya as it looks futuristic with the zigzagged pattern intertwining with each other, creating an impressive silhouette.


Kemensah Waterfalls and Chalet

Kampung Kemensah, Hulu Kelang is located behind Zoo Negara and it is easily accessible by car from the main road. The premise covers a two-tiered waterfall, kiddie pool, swimming pool for adults, rentable chalets and other necessary facilities such as public toilets. It is a perfect getaway location to spend quality time with your family and friends. Just make sure to bring along a picnic basket filled with food as there are no canteens around.


National Science Center, Bukit Kiara

On 29 November 1996, the former Prime Minister of Malaysia, Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad, formally launched The National Science Centre The centre that is located in Bukit Kiara. Housed in a striking green-domed building, the National Science Centre is an architectural marvel. It consists of nine galleries, with exhibits on interesting scientific themes. Students can experience hands-on learning activities at the Science Educational Park. Animals such as ostriches, ornamental chickens, rabbits, deer and others can be found in the park. An exciting underwater walk-through aquarium is also provided as well as an inventor's corner for budding minds. One of the centre's important missions is to help nurture a lifelong interest in science for all ages.


KL Tower

At a height of 421 meters, the KL Tower is the 5th tallest t e l e c o m m u n i c a t i o n s tower in the world. This marvel was constructed using around 45,000 cubic meters of extra strong concrete weighing in at an impressive 100,000 tons. Constructed as a state of the art telecommunications tower it doesn’t just provide better telecommunications and broadcast transmissions. It also provides visitors with a spectacular 360 degree view of Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley! And at night, dine among the stars at the Seri Amgkasa Revolving Restaurant, located at Level 2 near the very top of the tower.
