For the protection of its visitors, it should be noted that mountain biking is restricted to designated trails within Bukit Bujang, Simpang K, Perah Campsite, Tongkat Ali or Bukit Steroid, and Puncak Pinus.

The waterfall is nestled in a lush green environment in the Hulu Langat district of Selangor, a region renowned for its nature and outdoor activities. There is an entrance fee of RM1.00 that is collected when you register before starting your hike. Separate parking charges shall apply

Located 21 kilometres from the quaint town of Kuala Kubu Bharu, you'll need to trek through the forest for about an hour to reach the waterfalls and cross the river multiple times. This journey is a fairly easy one, with the deepest crossing at waist-high, you don't have to worry about straining yourself through it. Once you've arrived, dive into the vast natural pool of waterfalls and feel rejuvenated by the cool, crisp waters. Whether or not you're an outdoor lover, the beauty of the waterfalls here leaves you breathless!

Although the waterfall can seem small and shallow, the gushing water of the cascades is a soothing splash for those who sit by it. Also a perfect place for picnics and swimming in Selangor, you'll see a lot of families spread around the area with floating tubes and food baskets! Just at the junction of the waterfall, is where the popular Seven Well or Perigi Tujuh is located.

Walk along the wooden and concrete bridges over the streams to hit the top of Sungai Gabai's multi-cascade waterfalls. Then climb the cement stairs next to the waterfalls and soak up the marvellous view that awaits you at the top. Wade in the pool at the foot of the waterfall or go higher up past the end of the stairs for more pools to dive in. Usually, there are fewer crowds in the morning, so it's worth coming early!
